Officially Seventeen!
Here's a few pictures from today. (I added his first day of school as well, thus the one of Colie hugging 'good-bye'). He was measured first thing this morning. The official 17 year old height is 5'9". Even with Dad. Wonder if he has another spurt?? He has loved all of you calling to talk to JUST him! Good thing we all get to have a day in the year when it's OUR day.

I love the measuring photo! Such anticipation! Oh, and I didn't off of work until 2 pm which is 10 pm your time, so I called but had to leave a message on the answering machine. I was too late! Blast.

Steve you are so cute!!! I am glad that you had a great day. You are now officially taller than me!! When did that happen? So which girl is your girlfriend?
Oh, I guess I should say that the "girlfriend" is no longer part of the picture. So he is now again available.
