Soeur Herway in Caen

I finally got a CD full of pictures from Colie. In her words, "Finally the much anticipated photo CD has arrived. Basically it's just a bunch of photos of me with amis, less actives and members. There are also some pictures with our district at the American cemetery at the Normandie beaches and of course a ton of Soeur Osen and I. Everyone said we were twins. There's a really cool one with a gigantic pain de chocolat. Don't worry I didn't eat it all myself. The members and amis and less actives here in Caen stuff us enough. I'm grateful I have to walk all day long otherwise I'd turn into a maxie pain du chocolat! The funny thing is that even with all the photos you still can't even begin to imagine how wonderful missions really are. We might be soaked and tired and hungry and rejected (which quite frankly happens even when you're not on a mission so big deal) but nothing matters. What matters is that it is true and that it changes lives."

It's great to see her in action. It seems she was born a missionary. She is loving it and we are all proud of her service. Go missionaries all over the world!

Mom!! It says the video is no longer available. :( Is it just me? What's going on?
P.S. I discovered the vimeo.com and photobucket.com have better quality video for the Internet.

I can get it! You'll have to teach me how to use vimeo and photobucket with my laptop. Noel set me up to share on youtube.

I can see it. Collie looks like she is having the time of her life. The people of France are luckly to have her.
Daphne loved watching this video. I am extremely grateful for Collie great example to all of us but especially my daughter.

Okay it's working for me now. So Bryn thought colie was grammie. I'd say, "No it's Aunt Colie." and she's laugh and say "No mami! Grammie!"
It was fun to see all those pictures. There are some good ones.
Noel thought the maxi chocolate croissant was a ham!

I"m so jealous and so happy even with tears in my eyes watching those pictures! I always wanted to go on a mission so bad and look at my cute little cousin doing the lords work! So very proud of her and her accomplishments. Very proud of all our missionaries!
