Fat vs Fit
Did you see the Yahoo report? SLC is the most fit city in the US! Miami is the most fat. Austin made the fit list. Charlotte made the fat list. Honolulu was also in the fit list. So I guess there is no chance you can be fat and fit. I know that the French are at least thin, I don't know about fit. The Belge? I have no clue.

Yeah I did see that. I wonder what makes Salt Lake the most fit. That's too bad about Charlotte, but I can see why with the lack of no bicycle lanes and limited running trails, with no mountains, might I add.
Uhmm... I hope I can join the fit crowd in SLC. :)
