My Sibling Reunion

First of all, thanks to Blake for letting us use his fabulous get away. It turned quite cold so we have lots of time for 'games'....but we still have some dry spells when we can motorcycle and walk. It's fun to be with my brothers and sister and their spouses. It's a great group. I feel blessed to know them all.

The Amazing Matriarch

oops....these are brothers and a husband.....

Driggs

"Oh, what do you do in the summertime, when all the world is green?" Well at Driggs you get to ride motorcycles, jump on the tramp, shoot guns, catch snakes, explore the forest, eat lots of great food and go into Victor for fabulous shakes.
Thanks Dan and Lara and kids for a great time!

The Music Man

Recording at the Y studio
Justin, the sound engineer
In Action
Tom says Robyn has a beautiful voice and can't sing without moving and jiving...which makes it hard when you are recording!
Larry, the nut. Always having fun.

Some views

On our drive from Farmington back to Utah, there is beauty in the desert! We loved the sunflower fields, the red soil, the endless blue sky, and the contrasting colors of the sky and earth.

Farmington

My mom downstairs by her sewing machine and letting the neighbor girl play with the doll house.
Sheridan. She is 13 now...and talks and acts much older!
The famous 1203 N. Orchard. Wow I was born into this house....and mom is still there. She takes care of everything herself...at 87 years old. Amazing woman.
Scott's house is almost finished. They are actually living in the house, however there is no running water....so basically they are camping out. Logan is now in his first year of college.
Alyssa was voted 1st runner up for rodeo queen. She had to compete by riding barrels, and dressing up all fancy and doing all kinds of things. She is living part time with G-ma and is a Senior at Farmington High School.

The desert has so many contrasting colors. This was on the way from Farmington out to Scott's house in Marvel Colorado.

Coronado Beach

The Bay side over looking San Diego. Colie showed me this trick on how to make the background blurred.
The hotel Del.
The lifeguard stand at sunset
Love it when the moon shines just at sunset
This is Colie's photo....Tom and I in the background. You get a prize for this one Cole.
Colie took this photo of Tom and I walking. The rest are my pictures. We loved walking the beach every night at sunset. It was cool and no chance of sunburn and the crowds were down.

It does make you wonder why we don't live there. Maybe b/c then we wouldn't have a place to go on vacation???

playing

my new camera is fun....so is my new laptop for that matter!
626 J Ave. Coronado, Ca
one of our favorite activities is walking the island...or biking, playing tennis and going to the beach!
Trying to get a shot of the Hotel Del at sunrise.
I love how this beach is so wide and such soft, white sand. Don't even ask about the fact that we got to see the house that we bid on last February and lost the bid. There were workers and they let us take a tour of the house....it would have been perfect, except for the fact that we wouldn't have ever, ever gone on a mission (b/c it is just too perfect!). Aargh.

Flower Carpet

Ok, not the flower carpet, but still beautiful!

Colie had her last fling on the Grand Place complete with the flower carpet, frites, gauffres, and new shoes (at the shop that Natalie found!)
