We just got the insurance man over, and he is putting in payment for our stolen articles. So I have ordered the camera and laptop and should be back in working order very soon!
Sorry for no pictures, and definitely slow on any updates....it's just not as fun without pictures to post.
We did have a grand time in Brittany. Lovely weather, fabulous castles and walled cities, half-timbered houses and windy cobblestone lanes and endless sandy beaches. The food was mostly crepes, which we got sick of, but the last night we had a fish dish that Nicole dubbed our 'divine dinner'. Our rental car was nice, our house was not robbed (however I did leave on the iron and called my friend in a panic. She went over to the house and it wasn't on! Then the next morning I found out that I DID leave it on, but Nicole had turned it off. Shoot, wished I had talked to Colie first! Now I owe my friend BIG TIME!)
And frosting on the cake: we made it to church in Caen just in time for Nicole to see one of her investigators get confirmed! Nicole bore a beautiful testimony. We got to visit with many of her friends again.
The Royal Palace is open in Brussels. Think that Colie and I will make an afternoon of it some day this week. I really hate to see the summer slipping by. I don't have a school schedule to deal with, so I guess it is all about the long summer days and the fabulous weather!

It's always good to hear stories of insurance paying off because it sure is painful to see so much money go toward nothing! This summer really is slipping by, I can't believe it!
Sounds fabulous. Can't wait for the pictures.
