The animal lovers. Guess what? I was cleaning the drain in front of our garage and oh MY! a huge frog jumped out at me. He was about the size of my fist clenched up. You know what my first thought was??? Where is Daphne and Zane when I really need them!
I took courage and caught him with a broom and a dust pan....no way was I going to catch him with my bare hands. Bugs are one thing, but frogs are another thing all together for me.
Oh, and one more thing. We have slugs and snails in our garden. My friend Deb told me they really like beer. Yep. So I had to go to the Del Haize grocery store and buy beer! I was hoping that nobody would tap me on the shoulder while I was buying them and say, "Hi Sister Herway!" That would have been awful. So I poured the beer into a tray and set it in the garden. I'll let you know if I catch any. I hope the mole likes beer too....I sure would like to catch him!

That's cool that you caught a frog. I wish that I was there. That is kinda weird that snails and slugs like beer. You should take a picture if you catch any. I would like to see it.
Take some picture of the forest for me. I really miss it. I loved building our fort. I wish we would have caught big frogs when I was there. I might buy a grow a frog kit. I'm really interested in science and dance right now.
The weather here is really warm and sunny. We built a huge fort in our backyard on the side of the house. We have been having so much fun this summer.
Actually we caught frogs at Hebgen Lake. They were pretty small but cute! Everyday we would set the logs out and the frogs would crawl under them. And we would find them in the morning.
I am at dance camp this week. It is hard but fun. I have made lots of friends. I even got to try modern dance and pilates. I have all my splits down. I really love ballet.
I am working on learning a new song on the piano. It is hard and pretty long but I love playing piano. My mom hardly has to ask me to practice. I play the piano a lot.
I really, really miss you. I hope we get to hang out soon.

I wish I had that frog as pet. I like frogs. I caught a lot at St. George. That would be cool if you caught that mole. You should take some pictures. I want to see the froggy or the mole or the slugs.
You should look up Kid History on youtube. It's really fun. I have watched them like 100 times. It's so funny.
Okay, so I am having a great summer. Are you having a great summer? I am going to Driggs in a couple of days. I am also going to go camping at the Snake River. I might go fishing. I hope I catch a big fish.
We have Scout staying with us. I like having Scout with us, she is a good dog. We have gone to lots of fun places. Farmland is one of them and had ice cream. I am going on a playdate with my friend Cade today. I am excited. I think we are going swimming. That's going to be fun.
I really, really, really, really miss you. I hope we get to hang out your house soon.
