Jake warned me about the crowed public transportation. We were in our nice A/C car in traffic next to this bus....I can't imagine it in August.
This tomb was built in memory of....'good old what's his name'....This huge edifice was built in memory of somebody but nobody knows who it is! Guess they didn't accomplish their objective.
Sometimes you just have to have a frame of reference to realize just how tiny this lady is! And I was kind of bending over.....seriously, compare the size of my head with hers. Amazing.

We arrived at 3:45 am and Teresa was there to meet us at that unbelievable hour. Her apartment was a more than a welcome sight and our 4 hour nap was badly needed.
The day started with a stop at the mall. You have security to get into the mall, and security to get out of the mall. She had to return a blouse and was shuttled from one security post to another. It was almost comical. We also shopped at an outdoor market. That is always fun. Bargain is the name of the game, and the customers are fought over:
