If you can stand the noise, try watching to the end. Of course when I started filming the traffic seemed to be more calm, but towards the end, it picks up to normal.....
What good do they think all that honking is doing?? haha. I love how they just calmly walk across the street as a vehicle is coming towards them. Good thing no BYU police are not around or they would all get tickets for jaywalking!

Ok, ok, driving in Belgium was hard for me, but it appears that driving in India would be nearly impossible.
