The day was a tad cold and windy but the colors and variety of the sky made up for it.

Speaking of  kids....built a fire, eating ice cream, watching star wars.

Bent Spoon

Didn't want to forget to post our visit in NJ.  We loved the ice cream at Bent Spoon.  Thanks Jake & Mel for hosting our mob.  We certainly filled your house and then some and you were super hosts!

No Cherry Blossoms....

Even though there were no cherry blossoms, we still had a blast touring the Capitol.  Dan, Natalie and I stopped by Canterbury Woods remembering Dan's elementary experience.  Having Mike/Debbie and Caitlyn and her 3 girls over for dinner was a treat.  I think Caitlyn's girls matched up quite well with our girls.  Oh, and the cherry blossoms did show up a week later.
Now we are back home in Brussels.  Was it all a dream?  Seems like it.  But I think it really happened.  I'll know for sure if Steve shows up tomorrow with Felicia!

I knew it Heidi.  Not one picture of YOU!  However, I am quite proud of the couple of good ones I got of Taft.  We all know he holds still for no one and for no bribes.  Thanks for a fabulous week-end in Coronado.  We missed you at the wedding but we felt your thoughts with us!
